The short version

Sensible Sam doesn't collect anything that identifies you. We don't ask for your name, email or address, and the site doesn't set cookies of its own.

What stays on your device

Your answers and the things you tick are saved in your own browser, so your list is still there when you come back. They never leave your device, and we can't see them. Tap “Start again” on any box, or clear your browser's data, to remove them.

When you click through to a shop

Links to Amazon and other shops may let that shop record that you came from Sensible Sam. If you buy something, we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. Once you're on a shop's site, its own privacy policy applies.

Calendar reminders

Reminder links open Google Calendar or Outlook with the details filled in. We don't receive anything when you use them.

Changes

If we ever add things like visitor statistics or email updates, we'll update this page first.
